Short term stays

I bought an 8 bedroom house in Brentwood Pa and lived in it for 1 year. The rooms are furnished so i decided to rent the rooms out through Airbnb for stays of 30 days plus. I need to know legally how rooms can I rent out in my house? I was served a violation from the city for having a bnb without licenses and permits but thats not what I'm doing. I have leases for all tenants even airbnb. There is plenty of parking and the houses are very spaced out and I screen all applicants and tenants. Is this legal ? Can I fight the violation?  Do I have full rights to rent out rooms in my 5500 sq foot house?
