In very limited circumstances, this may be doable with minimal risk, but there is ALWAYS risk in any transaction that has any linkage between your plan and a disqualified party.One consideration is that there may not be any direct or indirect benefit between a plan and a disqualified party.

This may be relevant only to the Northeast where hot water boilers for heating are common, but if you have a "cold start" boiler in the home, getting rid of the hot water heating tank and using an indirect heat exchanger tank that's a zone off the boiler makes a lot of sense.

It's been 3 days and still no response.My agent seems to be making contact frequently to keep on top of the issue but they are ignoring him supposedly.It seems like if my agent wanted to really push he could try more creative approaches like calling the sellers agent office and getting him on the phone indirectly that way.

But if I were seeking a new domain today and the desired .COM were taken, I'd have no problem using a .ANYTHING if it was not in direct competition (same product / service) with the website of the matching .COM.
