But on the other hand you will only have 1 person going to each page.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inline_linkingIf you're going to use their image, upload it to your site and provide a link back to the source.A developer could write a simple script which will download all of these images for you.

There's also a SOW (scope of work) in PDF form for each house that can be downloaded that lists costs that an inspector came up with for the MINIMUM requirements to get the house habitable.

My MLS allows bulk downloads of comp data which would theoretically make it possible to pull all that data into a spreadsheet and analyze it from different angles but again, if you need very accurate values, that won't work all the time.
