In chapter one of the book of RE basics, it mentions that real estate is unique, no two parcels on the face of the earth are identical, this is mentioned before location, location, location.

I don't know how on earth that company would make money and it's probably why your service is poor and changing a lock is $150, because they hook you with cheap fees and then make it up on the back end.

@Tyson Cross @Gregory Hodges waste of time.. there is no way on gods green earth that you can wholesale in SF and for that matter the peninsula from Marin county to south of San Jose,, maybe east San Jose.. the east bay Oakland Richmond you can do that..
