my reply got deleted somehow. i think i said:- if they ask if you do "criminal check", run away. - when verifying their information, ask lots of questions and compare that to what the prospective tenants told you. if the person on the other line says "yes/no, i am not sure", then it's not a true reference.- talk less and listen more

If your craigslist adds keep getting deleted you need to find out what you are doing wrong.

I just found out you can merge these on their website but I do not think you can in the app.I think to delete a drive (example, riding in someone else's car) you have to go online.

If there's messages on VM, they get deleted as soon as I can't recognize the voice.Like direct mail or email to blind lists, these are VERY LOW RETURN efforts consuming your $$$.

Somehow I double posted that last post, so I deleted it.But seriously, if taxes (normally included in a mortgage) are 2k a year then how can someones payment be only 100 a month.
