I find it strange how we will check credit scores, degrees, and even identity cards before we even understand the value that one person can bring into one's life or the world for that fact...often times we get caught up into the superficial value methods and not the authentic value methods- like creating a 'win- win' situation for all parties in a given deal...So explain to us; how do you implement the value giving method to be a productive member to the real estate community!!

In terms of volatility, if you look at historical charts of both the Prime rate and 1-year treasury rates, they look almost identical with the Prime rate consistently higher than the 1-year treasury rate.
