Document your damages well with photos, keep all related invoices, and contact your Insurance person.Do not waste your breath "talking", in person or by phone (or texting), with the Managing Agent.

Rather than engaging, take a deep breath and then tell him that you are happy to take him off your mailing list or fix the error.
