I arrived at the tail end of an improperly managed million dollar renovation.  

Many people focus on the obvious stuff like raising rents increasing economic occupancy and so on.

:)  That house is a mess but it looks like you had some choice stuff left in there that can at least be sold for a few bucks.Most everything I buy needs cosmetics and maybe one major feature added/fixed/replaced.

I would look for properties with more mobile homes and less other stuff, such as barns and stick built homes.Good luck and have fun!

Hello BP Members , So today i was driving a new way from work and i saw this very beat up house and the owner was a hoarder real bad like his stuff was on the sidewalk and all that.

We're ready to get started on our first rehab but definitely don't want to get tangled in any messy legal stuff.
