I fully disclose the fee to all clients, include the original vendor invoice in their landlord portal, and make it abundantly clear to them what my mark up is both contractually and time of initial invoice.

So the requirement must be from some other aspect of the deal....funds are coming from a 1031 or SDIRA etc that is driving this requirement.As far as the contribution/buy out idea and being dilluted, I don't see how that is any different than your original proposal.

The reason behind my question was due to the influx of several foreign citizens specifically from the US, I know there exists heavy investment from key players originating from the US.
