You get the properties in escrow and get the drawings while you are in escrow (site visit) then draft the drawings to get to the city the day you close.

That job site is unlike anything I've seen.

There are no 1 bed in the 1 mile radius that I can see in the rental sites like zillow, realtor, apartments.I am not sure if I priced the condo correctly as I relied on rentometer completely.Reduced price once but no leads so far.

Some have mentioned Turo, but that is a public personal car rental site that anyone could snatch up the car at any time and then it wouldn't be available to our tenants. 

We rank every active property by cap rate and sort the best ones to provide to our clients :) We have over 17,000 rental comps and account for all expenses on each property. 

If you have more time than money, this is the free way to do it.If you value your time, then use one of the paid sites, like flsonline, foreclosures daily, or a host of other data providers. 

IF you like his site, you can stay for $59/month or so....but to be honest, most anything you can learn on his monthly updates, you probably get 10 times the education here on BP for free.

I accept Direct Bookings by the way, and some are sourced from sites like Furnished Finder.
