., etc.4) Technology and efficiency- I am an advocate of innovation and capitalism, unfortunately where Technology has made purchasing or pricing out a rental a million times easier, one of the primary reasons why this wont have a net-positive impact is because it eliminates the income that would be generated throughout the entire Industry.

You may want to put some of the flyers in a folder by the front door.5.Advertise the vacancy on the internet through LoopNet, CoStar, Catalyst, eProperty, Craigslist or any one of the other many internet sites as well as local and regional publications.6.Attend local and national trade shows where you can talk to potential tenants.7.Put a lock box on the property for ease of showings.8.Have a Financial and Credit form that the potential Tenants must fill out and return to you.9.Always immediately return phone calls about the property.10.Qualify prospects over the phone prior to setting appointments to show the property.

House is in a tough part of town so a vacancy could become pretty expensive, but I'm happy to risk it.My next step was to start the eviction process as a catalyst for getting the conversation going since I can't seem to get a return phone call or catch her at home.

@Jay Hinrichs $2 mil investment in ghetto or wine would look fantastic compared to buying Bitcoins at peak of market in Nov 2013..I have financials to prove..lol
