We tore out the old kitchen, installed Lifeproof LVP throughout, replaced all the cabinets with Choice Cabinets (which we are distributors for so we get good prices), added an island, Calacatta Glacier Quartz countertops, new vanities, new fixtures, reframed a wall for the storage shed which had termite damage, chemically treated the house for termites, painted, and replaced all interior doors.

Guys,Way too harsh, IMO no one is cut out to be a California landlord.

In addition, car washes don't hold their land value that well because of the long term environmental impacts of the chemicals used on site.

The legal system these days are harsh!

Refinery, Chemical plant, Tank Plant, Ford engine plant and 2 hospitals make up work force.

The POS for Garfield isn’t as harsh as Cleveland heights or maple heights though.
