Hello Everyone,I will sit for the CA Broker's exam some time this fall after I finish the course work required, and I am having a difficult time finding much information on what I will need to do, obtain, or maintain for the broker's license.  

We searched and searched for a property that we wanted throughout the fall, winter, and spring going into 2015.

That's the trap that investors fall into is: there is a threshold as to how much you can handle because you manage the properties yourself.  

I have had clients fall victim to scammers.  

We had passed on it last fall due to the price being pretty high for the note.

I think this falls into the accessory dwelling unit( ADU) and Tiny House domain.  

Lots of businesses moving to camden(Subaru HQ, American water HQ, holtec HQ just to name a few. 1 billion dollar project set to break ground fall 2016 on the water front.

I currently have properties in Beaver Falls near Geneva.  

It will also cover most of the closing cost if the deal falls through and I need to dump the property, preferable to a wholesaler where I can avoid real estate costs.

If they don't qualify or do not have the funds, then inform them they all have to leave.....you need to find a new tenant (especially seeing as they are already falling behind).
