Not every real estate deal is a good one, doing your research on the area you are investing in, understanding the economics of the area and knowing the stage of the cycle are all crucial to finding the right deal. 

As a realtor having access to MLS is crucial. 

I used Buildium software, which has a listing feature, and that lists the units on Zillow, Apartment List, and Rental Path, and then from there other services pick up the ads and repost them.

I think that's a valuable feature.

So, if you find a company capable of doing cosmetic repairs to the pool, I would keep it as a feature of the property for sale.

Any tips on getting this feature fixed? 

A good example is Michael “Swanny” Swan that was featured on a recent BP podcast.

That would be a great feature that would separate people using it for good versus using it for bad.
