I think we were also contemplating the eventual, inevitable housing correction and thinking if it’s around the corner, maybe having the cash in hand now from the sale would be better than seeing the equity dissolve and have to wait for it to build back up.

But I'm at this stage contemplating about opening a Series LLC for long-term rentals and wanted to see if you followed through with the Series LLC and if you have any advice, opinions, stories to share about this a year later.

I can't even imagine contemplating buying and rehabbing a house, but not knowing what sheetrock is.

That said I am not in Florida.hey Colleen, pool is pretty deep 11 feet and figured it will take a lot of electricity to heat it up (even if i charge a daily rate for heated pool) plus, heard and read that snows birtds usually prefer even warmer temperatures (i know my parents do) - so figured hot tub might be better option ... still contemplating. thanks for your input though :)
