Part of what I do on this site is look for things that might be misleading or even fraudulent. 

And keep in mind an attorney is putting their bar card on the line if they did something like prepare a fraudulent deed.

I was fortunate to shift my "retirement" account at peak share price, when China decided that the best way to combat the virus was to initiate an economical self-destruct.But I was even more fortunate some 2 years earlier when I realized that I would not require that "retirement account" when I retire.How sweet it is!

You have to do it 3 times during a 3 year period.I think these actions are obviously fraudulent and easily avoided by an honest, ethical investor. 

Do Not be afar aid of a contractor filing a fraudulent lien, there are repercussions for him, and you can get it quashed.  

I personally make it a point to meet and shake hands with every tenant at some point -- It helps humanize you and combats the perception of some out of state "rich guy".

Let them know you aware of the lien laws, and they will suffer consequences for filing a fraudulent lien.
