I attended my first REI group meeting last Wed and before I did just printed some business cards in my inkjet.

i attended the REI of Orange County last Wed evening and it was great.

Hey We're having a networking event this wed on 30th...

The seller posted the ad Wed. for $4,000 MH and lot  around 10pm and I saw it about 30 min. later and emailed him a lowball offer figuring the home must be ready for the landfill.  

I’m not sure I’d be happy running a retail business listening to loud weddings each weekend or business speeches throughout the week and into the evenings.

My current goals are saving for my wedding in July, remodeling my newly acquired house, and getting me and my future wife out of debt (student loans) as soon as possible.

We are actively in the market and looking for 2-4 units and hopeful to close in Albany before our wedding in August!

There was some damage on that unit I knew about and don't expect that to be fixed, but I'm also paying for my upcoming wedding and dropping a couple grand to make a unit rentable when I offered above list because the unit was in 95% turnkey condition.

Also for those in SC area we meet at the McHales in downtown Rock Hill the first Wed of every month.
