So needless to say I for one appreciate all you have done for the community.

Needless to say a lot of those guys lost quite a bit on those deals.

Needless to say, what may work in one select market, may not necessarily work in another.

Needless to say, it has been a daunting task coupled with a tenant that has bullied our PM company, threatened legal action, demanded reimbursements/credits for more than what should be allowed, even though she is utilizing the rest of the property to live/work.

So there is always the temptation to do pointless/needless refinances (some make a career out of it...).

Needless to say, Columbus will remain a strong real estate market for the foreseeable future.
