If they are just doing the typical A/R and A/P then no.Typically when cutting checks, you would have to sign it anyway.

You would probably have to tell them the which entity/property it is for if you don't have separate bank accounts or credit cards.Bookkeeper helps maintaining the books and some will help with A/P and A/R.
