Looking to chat about the Fayetteville market

Hi all! My husband and I live in Denver and are relatively new to rental property investing. We currently own a long term rental in the Denver area and are looking to purchase 1-2 more long term rental properties by the end of this year. Since the Denver market is so expensive, we are looking at other markets outside of Colorado. We are very intrigued by the Fayetteville/ Bentonville areas and would love to talk to agents and other investors in the area before we make the decision to buy there.
