It can't be easily picked up and moved so it underpins a lot of blue collar jobs unlike many cities of similar sizes.But as a foreigner I am much less in tune with the micro climates that may exist in many of the towns you mention.

The apartments are set up on the left/right configuration similar to a railway flat.I'd like to convert them to a two bedroom configuration with a front back setup so that we double the number of bedrooms.Someone must have blue prints for floor plans to do this.Adam

LOL, That's what I saw as missing from the above, but I carry two blue-ink ink pens, blue on contracts so it's easy to see the original from a copy.
