So if you put 20% down, do most of the repairs but somehow fail to perform, they are the owners of the house and you are out everything.THis does NOT sound like a good deal to me.

The way I see it, I don't have any resources (or credit, yet), but I also don't have any responsibilities, so if I fail miserably, the only person who loses is myself, and I have plenty of time to recover.Anyway, hello everybody!

I even explored the posibility of selling a kidney.Be carful most new investors fail not because they can not buy the property they fail because they do not have the cash reserves to carry the property.

I feel like after reading a couple of books the overarching mentality, techniques and methods on real estate investing would become repetitive but i also want to do my due diligence and get smart before rushing and failing at my first real estate investment.
