I think seasonality is starting earlier, but if people are starting this early, ahead of inventory bottoming, we could have a pretty crazy spring. 

I rather start small and scale it Ok, I get it!

So really need to do some deep market research, haha, but not so willing to pay for this, at least not at this stage when I'm just starting out.

My advice would be to start small with your first deals to gain experience before scaling up.

Total turnaround time can be within the same month if you start at the beginning of the month, but don't be surprised if it continues into the next month.S8 in my area outsources the inspections.
