Also, check underneath the sinks - if there are holes you can buy some sheet metal and cut it accordingly to cover any plumbing holes that are typically cut around sink pipes.

Hi Justin,I just had an experience with a house that had Zonolite (left over in the attic underneath other insulation and had gotten into some of the main areas via ceiling cracks, my husband and I were the potential buyers and backed out, seller had no idea and took the house off market to deal with it).I don't think this is a real estate agent question.
