@Javaras Thomas Here is a detailed overview of all Ohio MSA's and secondary markets in Ohiohttps://www.biggerpockets.com/...We typically avoid markets that have a population loss...Cleveland, Dayton, and Toledo...unfortunately, are hemorrhaging population...and along with it, possible economic downturn...I think Cincy and Columbus are your best options...I'm not sure you can go wrong in Columbus...That said, you can do well in any of these locations...we are in a housing crisis...as a society, we are unable to house folks very well...if you have a C-class rental that is safe, clean, and appropriately priced, you will have a waitlist...I'm not sure why people that don't immediately need cash flow place so much emphasis on it, but ultimately, the reason to invest in real estate is equity...long-term buy-and-hold rentals....you can do that anywhere in the country.

As a society we are just accustomed to that particular scenario.

Society in general is not like it was 25 years ago, people are doing things they wouldn't have done back then.

This is a great conversation that is long overdue and needs to happen in every aspect of society.
