If you want potatoes for dinner once would you rent out a garden plot, buy seeds, water your plants daily, and harvest in 4 months?

I have tried to keep my seed money  recycling in order to buy more properties and if I spent a ton on furnishing an Airbnb house it might be several years before I break even and get my seed money back.Has anyone else ran into this dilemma?

Greetings BP.I have been doing a lot of lurking on this site soaking in as much information as I can in the last few months.I am interested in buying Option to Purchase contracts from motivated sellers then hiring a Leasing Agent/Broker to find the Tenant/Buyers.

Also, should've immediately ordered a rolloff dumpster at 0 hrs after the fire and started demo on the spot, especially the water soaked areas.
