you are new to this, you still do not have enough knowledge or at least someone to guide you, so I do not see a reason on why you would jump straight away on 16+ unit deals, it might overwhelm you, start with learning and building a portfolio with a few 3plexes, 4plexes and then scale into 10+ unit deals.

At that point, become a market expert, go to as many meetups as possible, get a mentor in that market doing what you want to do at a large scale and go all in.

In my opinion, if you are trying to scale your operation, it's better to outsource so you can focus solely on acquiring more listings and not worry about learning how to properly take real estate photos and edit them.
