You need to be willing to give up time you would have relaxing from the day job, and possibly time with family.2) it's not cheap - buying mailing lists, envelopes, postage, a service to hand write your yellow letters...it adds up to thousands of dollars with a 1% chance of a successful deal for you.

I have the next 10 weeks off and I have the hustle, muscle, and desire to work and bring value to someone who may or may not be looking for some help.

Also I would start looking for guys who's wife won't let them get a cabin/muscle car/New BBQ deck etc until they get rid of their pontoon boat.

Take your time and just relax before you take any action!

My "tip/trick" is check out all the podcasts they have here, great info you can absorb while driving/relaxing!

The ground just couldn't take the endless days of rain anymore.I do understand what you mean about needing to focus when there is so much to do and yes, it must help to just take a break from it and do something relaxing.
