Screws on door handles, loosening up, or Refrigerators handles screws coming loose.

I turned off the refrigerator and the lights were off.

I went in the trouble and put in ground for refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Most people probably consider taking a refrigerator off of a truck by themselves a drag.

I had to throw the oven range away, the refrigerator is being thrown away and the grass has not been cut in at least 2 month.. my lawn guy charged me i believe $150 to cut the grass and throw out some old branches.. . and much, much more... since I had to evict them... can I take the cost of the eviction from the deposit too?

Most of my guests are tourists and don't want to cook, but if I had the space I would put in a small daewoo refrigerator and matching microwave so they could store and heat up leftovers.

Then put switch the sink to under the window, leave the refrigerator in the corner, might need a 6" pan cabinet as standard sink bases are 36".

I also now charge $25 per month if the tenant wants a refrigerator. 

I buy some appliances used (washer, dryer, refrigerator).

Don't wait, since a refrigerator filled with food and no power is going to be a nightmare.
