Well, my first reaction would be to fire my realtor if they can't give me any feed back as to why there are "no comps".

My first reaction to your message is that your contractor is exaggerating the condition to make sure he still has a job, or he may be too busy with other work to want to address anything that is out of his expertise or too time consuming.

Check their reaction when you tell them that - it will indicate how realistic a move by the deadline actually is. 

My knee-jerk reaction would be to give them 30 days (or whatever the law is in your state) and get them out.

My gut reaction would be that infrastructure costs per unit would go down as you scale up, but I must be missing some important details here.

The only negative reactions I can recall were usually in response to some sales pitch or or an unwillingness to listen to the knowledge being offered (refusing to have their bucket filled).
