Never underestimate the paranoia of tenants in lower-end units.In theft cases, it's usually not a Play Station, at least with home health aides in this position (my wife is extremely familiar with multiple cases).

That's why 2 properties even identical, in the same building may perform differently.

I think the two primary reasons are lack of experience (which leads to most of the above more specific reasons) and lack of moral character (which leads to fraud and theft).
