I’m very interested in container homes on acreage for veterans so they have a quiet place to heal. 2- We are moving to CA this summer to be closer to family and I’m downsizing from this large family home in COS/ Broadmoor which was our primary residence for several years and has never been a rental property3- my gut says sell the large COS/ Broadmoor property and focus on buying distressed properties in CA, restoring them, and then renting them out to folks.

call some place like Aqua Terra or safety Kleen and pay them to remove it Or siphon it into smaller containers Most auto parts stores accept used fluids in small containers Stop in at a mechanic repair shop and ask if they can reccomend a company to remove it

They have to pack all of their stuff up into a container, move to Netherlands, find a school for their son, find a short-term rental, start a new job in a new country and culture, find a job for his wife, find and buy a new house in a land they have no idea where they would want to live, and generally figure things out in the next month or two.

Our 5,4& 2 year old were coming in with no less than 20 bites per child with bug spray that contained deet and essential oils.... they told us that unless there was grass and sand put down to at the least level the yard a little & stop the standing water and mud from accumulating in the yard and up against the house then it wouldnt help.

Hi All,I'm considering lending money to a turn-key company in MO for an APR of 10% paid monthly with all funds to be returned after 6 months with possibility to renew.They've given me a promissory note which contains the following term: "This loan shall serve as a second lien to the property located at ------------"They reported to me that they have more than enough equity to cover both liens.Is this term in the promissory note enough to protect me in the case of default?
