Newbie in New Port Richey, FL looking for change

My name is Thomas and I live in the New Port Richey,FL area. 

I know that my life would be more fulfilling in the RE field. Currently working crazy hours just to make ends meet. So I am looking to build capital and buy properties (house hack-let someone else pay my rent lol) and also rentals but eventually get some land and put shipping containers on them. And basically repeat process and quit my current job

I do have carpentry skills but even more so the mindset to be open and humble to learn new things. I am  hands on person and quick learner. 

I look forward to any and all tips and advice. I would like to meet people in wholesaling area to help build capital Or any area to achieve the changes I am trying to achieve
