@Nathan@Nathan Gesner would you still send invoices/receipts if the renters family has been contacting you asking you for your contractors information so they can contact them?

Does anyone have advice or contacts for a lender that would be able to help us out in this situation?

This info is based on DSCR and Hard money loans, not FHA, VA, or conventional.

Most always off market and just do a drive by and get the owners info and just ask.
