My question is this- would it make sense in any capacity to purchase a property in a location that will support weekly vacation rentals, rehab the property, rent it out for the season, and then sell or refinance in the Fall?

Thank you for your input, we did some more research and found out from the town that it is a traditional septic and the septic capacity is 750 gallons, the third bathroom is legal and they have a receipt for it being serviced in August 2015 and the septic was reported as being in good condition, however it hasn't been officially inspected in a number of years.
