It comes down to capacity.  

I was going to work with them on a Broker capacity, but in all honesty I felt that there prices were too high.

Pete is in the news because they refuse to provide for more capacity with their Sewer Treatment Plant and when it rains there is raw sewage in the streets.

My question is this- would it make sense in any capacity to purchase a property in a location that will support weekly vacation rentals, rehab the property, rent it out for the season, and then sell or refinance in the Fall?  

Thank you for your input, we did some more research and found out from the town that it is a traditional septic and the septic capacity is 750 gallons, the third bathroom is legal and they have a receipt for it being serviced in August 2015 and the septic was reported as being in good condition, however it hasn't been officially inspected in a number of years.

Great markets for us were PDX and SC  along with orlando  vegas  and the mid west turn key were we play in a wholesale type capacity. 

I am running into major roadblocks in getting the capital and experience to fund my own projects (just graduated from college) and am looking for a way to get involved in the day-to-day operations and initial investment of a property.If there is a Multifamily Investor in the DC Marketplace who has the capacity to let me follow along with their projects or an investor who has too much on their plate and could use help, please let me know.
