That being said, I always do recommend that people just fly out and meet the top one or two turnkey providers (or self-assembled teams if you go the DIY route) on their list once they've narrowed it down.

No installer will do this for you, it is not their norm, and you might have to pay for the "extra time" it will take to work around it but it will be cheaper than to take dis/assemble it.  

Assemble them into pdf's or old-fashioned paper copies.

Modular homes are typically constructed at a manufacturing plant or facility, in 3 or more pieces, and then transported to a permanent site on a flatbed truck to be assembled on a permanent foundation.

While we are new to the game, we have come a long way in assembling a team with an excellent real estate agent and most of the primary contractors.

As I build my real estate business plan, I realized that my biggest fear is to fail at assembling a good team as I have no experience and consider myself naïve when it comes to REI.

At the same time the US has continued to see positive net immigration levels, and those individuals are more commonly drawn to the biggest metro areas for opportunity and assembly in community (ie there are Vietnamese communities where you don't have to speak English in the SF area, but not so much in Waco, Texas).
