Modular home financing

We are buying an renovating a 24 x 56 3b/2b modular home in and older golf community. It will be worth 60/70k when complete at which time I want to refinance it and keep as one of our rentals. It sits on a full crawl space foundation, not on blocks with a skirt.

Do we have anyone here that can possibly finance this after completion?

As always, thanks for everybody's time that took the time to read this post.

Scott
