Are there any local meetup/mastermind groups?

I am considering attending my first mastermind and it is a little pricey. 

I am hungry to grow this year and I'm certain that I'd like to join a Mastermind as well.

I'm currently looking for a solid mastermind/network focused on multifamily deals, specifically capital raising so that I can learn more from accomplished CMF veterans that have raised millions!

@Peter Sable First, focus heavily on the education piece by reading books, listening to podcasts, joining masterminds, and attending conferences.

Hopefully if we get a decent amount of response, we can do a monthly meet up to just mastermind together and each other advice.Look forward to hearing from everyone in the SCV!

I'm a part of the mastermind headed by Kyle, so I am aware of his mentality, personality, and track record when going into this deal as a limited partner. 7% preferred return accumulated over the life of the business plan.

Unfortunately, I don't come across many people that do know how very well, except for those that are in masterminds/courses and had live webinar trainings from Airdna themselves.

If you're just starting out, there's plenty of free content available to teach you before you reach the level where it makes sense to invest in a coach or join a "mastermind" group (personally, I strongly dislike that term).

If possible, you need to join a mastermind, not only will it give you the tools you need to grow and make this happen but also the support when those closest to you may be negative.
