@Joshua AndrewsMy understanding is that if have your note recorded with the Register of Deeds for the affected county, that you and any lien holders have to legally be notified before a property tax lien can be auctioned off.You could call the county in question and ask them this.If true then you shouldn't have to pay a service to monitor this for you.The key is that you must record this for the county to know to notify you.

I'm not seeing this as a seller's matter as far as the note/contract holder, what makes us think the contract is for sale, I saw that the buyer under that contract wanted to sell the property.
