BRRR vs Buy and Hold?
I keep hearing people say they do buy and holds. Can someone explain? Are they turn key properties? Do they require a complete rehab? Or is BRRR & buy and hold the same thing? Thanks all.

Well, I guess I'm the odd one out. To me, buy and hold is buying a property (in whatever condition) and renting it out (after doing whatever it takes to get it into condition to rent out).
The BRRRR strategy has a financing (or re-financing) aspect but is the same concept. I've not financed an investment property or refinanced to cash out on the equity on an investment property...but they are rented in a "buy and hold" fashion.
