( there is no insurance for private money that's just another scam and fraud where they steal yet more money from U.3. and this is a good one  they offer to send you a picture of them holding their ID.. again no lender does this.4. offering to notarize things.. so many who are not experienced in real estate don't understand that notary is nothing means nothing all it means is someone looked at an ID and says that ID signed this doc.. so some basic warnings along with broken English poor websites that are just cut and paste etc etc.
