Sometimes these old detached garages in Phoenix are labeled as “workshops” on the assessor’s site and therefore they list the square footage on the site.

I just went to the Workshop a couple days ago so I'm early in the process, but I have most of what they require except one thing so hopefully it wont take too long!

Maybe give some training/workshops to get your name out and then go from there... 

I learned a lot about apartment investing and deal analysis and highly recommend the boot camp to anyone wanting to break into multifamily investing.I also just took Anthony's 2-day Multi-Family Value Add Workshop in Los Angeles which was taught by Dave Sanchez, a very experienced value-add apartment investor. 

I found the BP website while on lunch break at a FB 3 day workshop and began to wonder if their program was worth the money they are asking.

. - I went to a RE Mentor workshop last week just to get some ideas on Multi-Family, Dave's overall concept is ok, but there were definitely gaps not covered or mentioned, such as setting up Reserves - and they really tried to push you to goto their Boot Camp.

At the end of the seminar, they offer a "discounted" fee of $197 to attend their 3-Day Workshop.  

I initially signed up for a wholesaling workshop in Ohio, and I did pay money for this real estate investing workshop.
