Not to mention the ability to find a qualified buyer (investor/lender/retail).I don't know the Lease Option (LO) laws in Wisconsin, but it will be difficult to do this with a shortsale.

Now, on the other hand, with you being a combo investor/Realtor, you truly can offer many, many services to them, including whatever might be in their best interest - whether that be a fast wholesale deal, a l-o deal, or a tradition Realtor listing.

I'm guessing that one cost me about $10k...I say this...do NOT do an SLO till you have at least 12 months or 12 LO assignments under the belt IN THAT AREA....Sub-2 and SLO's are fine, but not for the newbie...IMHO...Also..
