@Tammy Theiss  BP and the BP brethren are anti guru no matter who they are or what they do.so take all responses here with a grain of salt.. that all said weekend guru sessions are not going to create instant RE investors..

If you don't read well, they even have weekly sessions at Lowes and Home Depot to teach these skills.

I attend the "Free" session just to network.

There was of course a ton of other real estate gurus there with break out sessions who were selling their own seminars and such.
