Here's one that was just built on a subdivided lot in an area of restored 1920s-1940s houses (70 S Central Ave, Apopka FL). 

However, for us here if you need to shutdown the electric supply (& remove the meter) to the home to upgrade the panel etc an ESOP will be issued & a signed off permit is required before the utility will restore power.

The split between climate and environmental issues is still relatively serious, and each region faces different restoration problems.

I'm only on my first flip but the first thing I did was to go to Habitat for Humanity (restore) and look for a vanity that fit the style and design I was going for.

I love houses, real estate, restoration, and seeing all that potential and possibility. ;)  Eventually, I'd like to have both long and short-term rentals and be connected with local organizations/non-profits that provide housing to survivors of human trafficking and others in need of a safe home. 

Home required more restoration than initially anticipated and has exceeded rehab budget of $30,000.

The site also has 2 vintage airstreams, a restored 1945 dairy barn, and a number of other unique lodging options.  

Now we can't find a restoration company available over the holiday weekend.
