Do cities/neighborhoods differ in most common rehab issues?
Hi BP! Hoping you all could lend your expertise to this question:
I'm a real estate newbie. I also work in tech where I'm thinking of building tech tools for REIs. I'm currently looking into what valuable information we can provide for REIs in terms of neighborhood research. My question is - do different cities tend to have different rehab issues, i.e. older and more historical cities tend to have more structural problems, coastal areas have their own issues due to climate? Is there such a thing?
