Do you consider this person a valuable contributor?

Personally I like having a friend or local person as the "manager" for a flat fee - not a % of rent - who cleans once a month and most importantly, HAS EYES ON THE INSIDE regularly for you. 

-It was a verbal agreement, made between a friend acting as a proxy for me, and Person A and Person B.

That got their attention and they even offered to build this person a brand new house to make them happy (on a different lot).

And, check their social media and more...if the guy has an online profile that is not in keeping with who he says he is, it's a safe bet that his online persona is what you'll end up with.3. 

First off you accepted that person as a tenant!

I'm not a "Guru" and I can give a person a list of way's off top of my head. 

My understanding is that this partnership can take place, despite being a disallowed person, as long as the partnering takes place at the time of  purchase.  

Joe something to keep in mind is that some areas & types of REI are not as taxing on an introverted person as others would be.So my suggestion would be to take your time studying RE and decide how you want to get involved.
