The economics, financial, social and mechanical and legal make it fascinating to me.

I started working as a broker in March of 2020 during Covid... and it really took a toll on me because I had zero clientele and as a newer broker I just took advantage of doing trainings and building up my social media marketing.

By the way the "pick my brain" line is hilarious ....I've got over 100k followers on social media so I'd get schmo's offering to buy me a coffee about 25x a day.

I see some people who only do internet advertising/ social media and email but it seems expensive to scale and not a super proactive approach.

After looking up my PM company online, I can't see much, and the social media presence shows that the company is more of a parking lot repair/build type of company.

I had a 75-year-old man receiving social security and a pension from a bread company act as a straw man.
