The aussie's banking system is all ACH no one has checks rent is due it comes in on the due date no late pays.2. there is a housing authority that holds and controls rental deposits and their job is to mediate tenant complaints and landlord complaints..

I can understand your point, Michael, but when you come home aching all over for weeks on end every summer, seven days a week because you had to use all the sunlight there was in the day, and the physical exhaustion shuts down your brain no matter how much you wish you could keep thinking, I don't think it's quite the same thing.

When our tenant move in we give them a sheet that tells them how to pay rent, it says : Go to website “www.blahblah.”Click on “Pay Rent Online” and sign inClick on payment tab Pick payment type ACH (eCheck) or Credit CardMake payment I believe I’m right and my partners are poopyheads but we can always improve.
