Tenant: I need to move in immediately, my lease is up tomorrow and I need to find a new place right away.Me: Fill out the application and I'll be able to let you know in an hour or two if you're approved.....I check the court records and she's currently being evicted and she's apparently fought it the entire way filing all kinds of motions to hold up it up for almost 3 months.

@Ben I.I am not a lawyer but as an associate real estate broker I wouldn't think that the seller can legally sell their home if there is a lawsuit in motion.
